- Is a reservation required?
- If there are available rooms, you can use them without a reservation, but we recommend making a reservation.
- What is the process of use?
- If you use the app reservation (Sugu Kara), you can go directly
to your room.
Other guests should complete the check-in procedure at the reception machine on the 5th floor.
- Can I use it if I am under 20 years old?
- You can use the service (except for the Japanese Whiskey Room). However, alcohol will not be served to those under 20 years of age.
